Junior Bosses of Fashion (JBF)

Junior Bosses of Fashion (JBF), is one initiative by the House ofClyopatra Foundation. JBF Program brings together some ofthe best in fashion industry to teach and enhance the potentialof aspiring young talents -- particularly by focusing on how tobe the best and bring out the best part of their talent but moreimportantly to teach them how to run their talent as a business.

The Junior Bosses of Fashion Workshops teaches young bosses interested in the business of fashion, fashion design,photography, modeling, styling and make-up artistry how to open and run a business by educating them on the business aspect of the fashion industry and teaching them how to set up the right infrastructure of a Company that will last for generations to come. These young students in the workshop will have the opportunity to select from one of the following five specializations:

  • Fashion Design
  • Makeup Artistry
  • Fashion Photography
  • Modelling
  • Fashion Styling

OUR DEBUT CLASS OF 2019

Our Debut class of 2019 was exceptional, many have gone on to incorporate their own companies, some of their products can be purchased online. Some of them showed at the DMV Fashion Week 2019, been invited to New York City Teen Fashion Week, Paris City Fashion Week. The doors of opportunities that this program has opened for these young entrepreneurs are extensive. They have all been featured in numerous magazines and TV /Radio shows such as Fox5 Good Day DC, WUSA9 Great Day Washington, DC Office of Cable Television to name a few.

The winner Ms. Aliyah Kennedy’s brand Alliyah K Collections was supposed to be in stores and online in Spring of 2020 but was delayed due to pandemic.

Second runner up is Mr. Chandler Steele who now owns and operates his Brand – Chandler Steele, specializing in Streetwear just launched a top of the line Tennis Shoes that can be purchased through his website or Instagram.
